We also don’t do hourly billing in general. We make billing simple: we tell you the price up-front, we agree, we get to work. No hourly rates. No surprises.

We offer the Single Member LLC Formation Package for $1800 plus state filing fees (for example, $145 in Ohio and $60 in Kentucky).
Due to the complex, customizable nature of Multi-Member LLC, Corporate, or Nonprofit formations, we will need to discuss the specifics before we can provide a quote.

An audit may be especially useful for a company that just finished or is contemplating major changes.
